1. Appointments
All services are provided by appointment only and are subject to availability. Atelier AIKON Couture reserves the right to reschedule or decline appointments when necessary.
Scheduling confirmation does not guarantee completion by a specific date unless expressly agreed in writing.
2. Consultation & Deposit
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the initial consultation before alteration work begins.
The remaining balance is due upon completion and prior to garment release. Garments will not be released until full payment has been received.
Alteration fees, scope of work, fitting requirements, and refinement stages are determined on a case-by-case basis. Each garment is individually evaluated according to its construction, fabric, structural complexity, and required refinements.
3. Bridal Alteration Process
Bridal alterations follow a structured yet individualized approach.
Initial Meet & Greet Consultation
Evaluation of garment construction, fabric, silhouette, and technical requirements. Desired refinements and timeline are discussed.
Fittings
The number and scope of fittings vary depending on garment complexity and required structural refinement. Each case is assessed individually to determine the appropriate alteration process.
Rush services are available when scheduling permits and are subject to an additional fee.
4. Private Client & High-End Garment Services
Atelier AIKON Couture provides independent alteration and garment refinement services for private clients whose wardrobes may include pieces acquired from esteemed fashion houses and luxury designers.
Atelier AIKON Couture is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any fashion house, designer, or brand.
Clients acknowledge that any alteration or structural modification to a garment may affect manufacturer warranties, brand servicing policies, authentication status, or resale value. Atelier AIKON Couture assumes no responsibility for any change in warranty coverage, resale value, authentication status, or future service eligibility resulting from alterations performed.
All high-end garments are altered at the client’s request and with the client’s authorization. The client confirms lawful ownership of the garment and full authority to approve modifications.
Due to the complexity of luxury garment construction, hidden structural elements, delicate materials, and specialized techniques may require additional refinement stages, time adjustments, or fittings. Such requirements shall be determined at the atelier’s professional discretion on a case-by-case basis.
Atelier AIKON Couture is not liable for:
• Pre-existing structural weaknesses
• Manufacturer construction limitations
• Fabric fragility inherent to couture or delicate materials
• Authentication or valuation outcomes following alteration
Alterations are considered final once completed and approved at fitting or upon notification of completion.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients must attend scheduled appointments.
For bridal fittings, clients must bring the shoes and undergarments intended for the event to ensure accurate fitting and proportion.
Failure to attend scheduled fittings or delays in scheduling may result in timeline adjustments.
6. Garment Condition
Garments must be delivered in clean and suitable condition prior to alteration.
If a garment arrives soiled, stained, perspired, or otherwise unclean, Atelier AIKON Couture is not responsible for cleaning or restoring the garment. Alteration work may be delayed until proper professional cleaning has been completed at the client’s expense.
Atelier AIKON Couture is not liable for pre-existing damage, fabric weaknesses, discoloration, bead deterioration, dye instability, shrinkage, or manufacturer defects.
7. Completion & Timeline Conditions
Completion timelines are estimated at the time of consultation based on garment complexity and scheduled fittings.
A garment is considered completed once:
• The final fitting has taken place, or
• The client has been notified that the garment is ready for collection.
Timelines may be adjusted under the following conditions:
• Client rescheduling or missed fittings
• Additional alteration requests beyond original scope
• Late delivery of the garment to the atelier
• Required professional cleaning prior to alteration
• Structural complications discovered during the alteration process
Atelier AIKON Couture is not responsible for event-related outcomes resulting from timeline adjustments under the above conditions.

Refunds are not provided.
